We have numerous ways to pay for services including insurance, out of network, sliding scale fees and self pay!

Rates and Payment

  • insurance

    We accept Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser and United. If you have an insurance we do not take, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.

  • self pay

    For individual services, we charge $140 per session (including EMDR sessions). For EMDR Intensives, we charge $200 per hour and a $100 fee for the intake appointment to prepare for the intensive.

  • Sliding scale and Grant Funds

    We can apply to use local grant funds, if available. We can discuss reduced fees for underinsured or uninsured via a sliding scale. Please reach out if you need services and can’t afford them.
